They’re a leading Word of Mouth Agency based in Central London who are responsible for engaging with customers and building online presence and drawing in traffic for the biggest brands in the UK and Worldwide including Nokia, Sky and Cancer Research.

They’re looking for talented marketer with great mathematical skills and knowledge of conducting research and analysis of Web Traffic and ROI of Social Media. If you are fascinated by the evolution Social Media metrics -Reach, Influence, Affinity etc and write clearly and concisely then this could be for you. Its part of the market thats under real focus in 2010 so we’re talking about an opportunity to gains skills ahead of the trend…!!

Skills:
- Research and Measurement and Analysis of Reach, Influence, Click through from Social Media channels.
- Monitoring and understanding your clients’ markets; be aware of market issues and competitive activity.

We’re looking for Social Media / Word of Mouth Account Director for an exciting new client. They’re a leading Word of Mouth Agency based in Central London who are responsible for engaging with customers and building online presence and drawing in traffic for the biggest brands in the UK and Worldwide.

The Account Director will be responsible for researching & engaging with consumers across various accounts via a number of new media and social media channels. You will have experience working in a corporate environment with Social Media including Linkedin, Twitter, Xing, Plaxo and have worked in a marketing capacity for and agency or with some great blue chip brands.

Skills:
- Managing Account Managers, Creative teams and Community Executives.
- Developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns.
- Experience working within Social Media and Word of Mouth and an understanding of their impact on brand is essential.
- Manage internal relationships to ensure that all KPIs for accounts are hit, and to ensure that campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
- Building client relationships; listen to and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations; understand their brand(s) and customers.

They’re a leading Word of Mouth Agency based in Central London who are responsible for engaging with customers and building online presence and drawing in traffic for the biggest brands in the UK and Worldwide.

The Project Manager will be responsible for multiple projects and thrive on fixing and organising people, clients and campaigns. We’re looking for someone who will confidently monitor progress and chase clients and internal stakeholders and be familiar with organising /tracking budgets, resource allocation, status reports and action management. Ideally we’re looking for someone that has worked in Social Media or understands the process of engaging with consumers via a number of new media and social media channels.
