We’re working with a high-growth, technology-driven e-commerce company, who are looking for a Director Product Marketing focusing on the Consumer product line. As the leader of this product marketing team, you will be engaged in bringing products from conceptualization to market, and evolving existing product lines. In this exciting position you will manage a small team for the conceptualization, optimization and expansion of a Consumer & Promotional Product Line. You will own the revenue target for this product line and will not only perform directed analysis of this product, but also proactively identifying areas of opportunity, defining and implementing test plans, and making recommendations to drive the consumer product strategy. Requirements:

This team develops business strategies aimed at optimizing online design library to better meet the needs of our European customers while driving business value in the form of improved site conversion rate and average order value. Content consists of the thousands of designs we offer our customers to use in creating finished printed products.

Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in a related field
-B.A. required, M.B.A. preferred
-Ideal experiences include advertising, promotion, or direct marketing agency experience, any kind of marcom experience, brand/corporate identity work, new product management.
-Strong experience in strategic development and analysis.
-Solid understanding of the European customer, including tastes and preferences
