Senior Account Manager (Digital/Social Strategy) £35-40k, London

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager for an exciting and exclusive client, someone with experience across digital with a passion for Social Media and experience delivering results to a range of exciting clients.

1. Solid client services – 3-5 years in the industry.
2. Really good business acumen.
3. Marketing experience – below the line preferably.

Junior Digital Project Manager – £18-22k

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager for an exciting new client, a successful start-up based in central London who provide a community platform for sharing and discussing all the latest football news. They’re looking for a bright young Web Graduate or Junior Digital Project Manager to come on board and help manage planning, development and content on the platform as well as the communication between the suppliers and developers.

They’re able offer you a small and enthusiastic team environment where you will have the opportunity to be involved in some key projects that will be instrumental in growth over the next year to 18 months, and to be part of an exciting journey hopefully leading to sit alongside the big guns in this space.

Your Profile:
-You will have the ability to help manage the day to day process of on-going development of the site, and liaise with the clients/suppliers throughout. You will be primarily responsible for keeping the project planning and timings on track.
-Exposure to and an understanding of the key processes in website design and build are critical qualities for this role as are organisational skills, initiative and thinking on your feet.
-An understanding of web technology – HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, XML, RSS (not as a coder, but talk & understand the talk – although any hands on experience a real bonus).
-You will have a good working knowledge of the day to day requirements in managing and delivering large brand sites with a wide range of content sources.
-You should have a desire to help the studio grow and will be responsible for implementing good working day to day practices.
-An understanding of the latest web technologies and trends is required and the ability to communicate at a detailed level with both our Design and Development teams.

Digital Account Director £45-60k, SW.London

We’re looking for a Digital Account Director for an exciting new client, a fast growing digital agency with ambitious growth plans based in South West London. They currently work with enviable list of blue-chip clients including Cadbury, Johnson & Johnson, Bausch & Lomb, NHS and others, have a very international outlook, building and maintaining websites and intranets for clients all over the world. Most importantly, they LOVE Digital and have a huge amount passion for creativity, quality, detail, customer service and measurable results

They’re looking for an experienced Account Director to help develop existing accounts from our list of blue-chip international clients.

The Account Director will be responsible for:
• Develop accounts and drive sales – develop and grow existing accounts to maximise revenue
• Client services – including the delivery of projects and servicing contracts effectively
• Manage accounts team – Manage, motivate and develop a team of account and project managers
• Reporting – track and report on sales, profitability, client activity and other metrics to feed into internal strategic planning
• Develop the agency – help build and improve the agency to drive its growth plans

Experience
• Experience working in a digital agency environment
• Current responsibility for targeting revenue of at least £1m per annum
• Excellent digital, marketing, web and (preferably) intranet expertise
• Strong track record of growing key client accounts and managing client relationships
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop them and close them
• Presence and professionalism to inspire confidence and credibility
• Excellent negotiation, communication, influencing and problem solving skills
• Awareness and knowledge of FMCG or healthcare sectors will be advantageous

What are we offering?
• Circa £40,000-60,000 per annum + annual bonus
• There is a potential to earn an equity stake in the business and therefore earn a share in profits (we have already given away some equity to our top staff).

Senior Drupal Developer £40-50k, London

We’re working with a great new client, a leading Social Media Agency who builds Integrated Social campaigns on behalf of major UK and International brands, providing effective marketing campaigns backed up by market leading research using Social tools.

They’re currently looking for a Drupal Developer to work as a lead developer building websites and social modules to market and measure their client’s campaigns. We’re looking for a talented PHP Developer with an in depth understanding of the Drupal CMS (themeing and modules). You will need to understand functional and technical requirements as documented in wireframes and specification documents and how to implement them using Drupal and/or PHP. You will follow industry standard PHP and Drupal coding practices and write efficient code.

The ideal candidate should have the following skill set:
• Solid PHP or Drupal development experience
• Extremely proficient in core web development fundamentals, such as: XHTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Proficient in AJAX and JQuery
• Thorough understanding of overall web site design, including usability and industry standards
• Must be able to demonstrate visually clean, crisp and intuitive web design abilities, strong analysis and creative problem solving skills, and attention to detail
• Coding skill set should allow completion of projects quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and grounding in fundamental development principles – object orientation, patterns and testing procedures
Desirable skills
• Experience of working on agile projects
• Experience of continuous integration and testing frameworks, such as Hudson, Selenium

You will demonstrate a high degree of initiative; have excellent communication skills and a drive to get things done ahead of time and attention to detail. We’re after great technical skills, but we also expect you to bring more than just great development skills to the team.

Digital Producer £30k, London

We’re working with an exciting client that blends Digital, Web, Mobile marketing with PR to offer its clients an exclusive mix of experience and service. They’re currently looking for a Digital Producer to oversee the visual end of web, mobile, social media projects, looking at at design, user journey, content and making sure its delivered smoothly on budget and on time.

We’re looking for a Digital Producer / Project Manager that has a great visual eye, and a dab hand at producing and delivering great content across platforms (web experience is a must, mobile is a big bonus).

You will be expected to be:

Liaising with clients
• attending meetings with client to discuss the project brief
• being involved in decisions on design and website structure
• creating supporting documentation for project scope i.e Wireframes, User Journeys, Project Functional specification & scope
• managing client expectations in terms of budget
• managing client expectations in terms of scheduling
• creating a budget for each project & ensuring that projects do not run over budget (or time)

Scheduling
• creating schedule document for each project
• making sure that each project runs to schedule liaising with all project stakeholders (including client, developers & designers)
• ensuring that project schedules do not overlap
• keeping up to date with any development / design or content issues that might affect schedule

Contract & Proposal management
• creating proposals for apps and sites based on client briefs and information for directors & contracts (based on a template)
• ensuring that contracts are signed before or on commencement of project

Content development
• writing optimised content for websites & managing freelance writers
• amending clients’ content
• creating meta tags / descriptions for website pages using CMS

Salary in the region of £27-30K + New business bonus’

Digital Admin / PA to Directors £25k, London

We’re looking for a Digital Administrator / PA to Directors for an exciting new and exclusive client; they’re an established Social Media Agency, an industry leader that’s proud of its reputation of making social media work & promoting brands within influential online communities. They promote many of the world’s leading brands within influential social media sites.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the directors of the business by providing a full and efficient secretarial service to them and the team, by establishing good working relationships with internal and external contacts and to carry out ad hoc projects when required.

Key Accountabilities
-Dealing with telephone enquiries and visitors to the office, filtering calls and using initiative to deal with routine queries whenever possible.
-Controlling the Director’s diary and arranging meetings as appropriate
-Checking the Director’s emails daily and organising replies
-Helping with simple bookkeeping such as producing invoices, chasing these up etc
-Helping with recruitment
-Dealing with daily clerical and administrative duties, organising post, typing, ordering stationery and ad hoc projects to ensure the smooth running of the office
-Carrying out ad hoc projects when required
-Analysis and Reporting using our bespoke social media tools

Skills and Experience
-Previous PA experience in an marketing/PR agency environment
-The ability to work without supervision and prioritise the management of his/her own workload
-Social media and web savvy, proficient using social networking, blogging and micro-blogging sites
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
-The ability to set up and run office systems to a very high standard
-Developed typing skills and the ability to produce fast, accurate work to a high level of presentation; (therefore also an ability to proof-read and correct own work)

Social Media Senior Account Manager (Social PR) £30k, London

We’re working with a dynamic digitally savvy PR company based in the heart of London, working with range of leading brands across music & media, drinks, automotive, health and beauty industries. They’re experienced in engagement on behalf of their clients and increasingly take on briefs of the back of their digital and social media experience and ability to generate conversation online and take that excitement offline.

Their social media team is expanding and they’re looking to recruit an SAM who can span social media and traditional media. Broadly, they will work on social media campaigns for beauty brands (beauty experience great but not mandatory) and across several other accounts in the agency (likely to be BSM, Freeview, T4 on the Beach, Sailor Jerry).

Specifically, they’re looking for:
• 3- 4 years’ consumer PR/online PR/social media experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of social media – being personally into it as well as professionally.
• Great understanding of online media.
• Experience of running consumer PR campaigns for brands.
• Great media contacts.
• Well connected and knowledgeable.
• Proven creativity and ability to articulate ideas.
• Digitally savvy.
• Some great client facing experience to cross sell and maintain excellent relationships.
