Senior Account Manager (Digital/Social Strategy) £35-40k, London

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager for an exciting and exclusive client, someone with experience across digital with a passion for Social Media and experience delivering results to a range of exciting clients.

10 Reasons you’re right?
1. Solid client services – 3-5 years in the industry.
2. Really good business acumen.
3. Marketing experience – below the line preferably.

Digital Account Director £45-60k, SW.London

We’re looking for a Digital Account Director for an exciting new client, a fast growing digital agency with ambitious growth plans based in South West London. They currently work with enviable list of blue-chip clients including Cadbury, Johnson & Johnson, Bausch & Lomb, NHS and others, have a very international outlook, building and maintaining websites and intranets for clients all over the world. Most importantly, they LOVE Digital and have a huge amount passion for creativity, quality, detail, customer service and measurable results

They’re looking for an experienced Account Director to help develop existing accounts from our list of blue-chip international clients.

The Account Director will be responsible for:
• Develop accounts and drive sales – develop and grow existing accounts to maximise revenue
• Client services – including the delivery of projects and servicing contracts effectively
• Manage accounts team – Manage, motivate and develop a team of account and project managers
• Reporting – track and report on sales, profitability, client activity and other metrics to feed into internal strategic planning
• Develop the agency – help build and improve the agency to drive its growth plans

Experience
• Experience working in a digital agency environment
• Current responsibility for targeting revenue of at least £1m per annum
• Excellent digital, marketing, web and (preferably) intranet expertise
• Strong track record of growing key client accounts and managing client relationships
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop them and close them
• Presence and professionalism to inspire confidence and credibility
• Excellent negotiation, communication, influencing and problem solving skills
• Awareness and knowledge of FMCG or healthcare sectors will be advantageous

What are we offering?
• Circa £40,000-60,000 per annum + annual bonus
• There is a potential to earn an equity stake in the business and therefore earn a share in profits (we have already given away some equity to our top staff).

Social Media Account Director £45k, London

We’re looking for Social Media / Word of Mouth Account Director for an exciting new client. They’re a leading Word of Mouth Agency based in Central London who are responsible for engaging with customers and building online presence and drawing in traffic for the biggest brands in the UK and Worldwide.

The Account Director will be responsible for researching & engaging with consumers via a number of new media and social media channels. You will have experience working in a corporate environment with Social Media including Linkedin, Twitter, Xing, Plaxo and have worked in a marketing capacity for and agency or with some great blue chip brands.

Duties:
-Developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
-Building client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations; understand their brand(s) and customers
-Maximising revenue from client
-Presenting to clients and attending client meetings and events
-Monitoring and understanding your clients’ markets; be aware of market issues and competitive activity
-Manage client reviews with senior clients
-Managing a team to deliver effective performance from all levels
-Creating project briefs; brief and work with members of the wider team to develop an idea; presenting and selling that idea to the client
-Creating project plans and project specification documents
-Producing accurate costs estimates, and ensures they are signed off by the client before work proceeds
-Ensuring that campaigns run to agreed client budgets and clients approve all expenditure before it happens, particularly unexpected expenditure
-Ensuring campaigns are efficiently delivered to exceptional standards, on time and in budget
-Working with Finance to ensure invoices are paid on time
-Keeping up to date with timesheets and expenses claims
-The overall quality of the final deliverable on projects that you manage

Skills/experience required:
-An understanding of social media and word of mouth is essential; how it works and the extent to which consumer conversation impacts major brands
-A strong background of account management ideally within a new media environment

They’re looking to build a Social Media team that fits alongside and complements the digital offering, a team that will liaise with planners, strategists formulating social media campaigns to a platter of exciting and enormous brands including Adidas, Kellogg’s and Famous Grouse.

We’re looking for Social Media Account Director to build and lead a team of Execs working on social media projects that integrate to the rest of the business, working on some of the biggest and most exciting brands and leading up to and through the 2012 Olympics. We’re working with a dynamic digitally savvy PR company based in the heart of London, working with range of leading brands across music & media, drinks, automotive, health and beauty industries. They’re experienced in engagement on behalf of their clients and increasingly take on briefs of the back of their digital and social media experience and ability to generate conversation online and take that excitement offline.

Their social media team is expanding and they’re looking to recruit an SAM who can span social media and traditional media.
