Senior Account Manager (Digital/Social Strategy) £35-40k, London

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager for an exciting and exclusive client, someone with experience across digital with a passion for Social Media and experience delivering results to a range of exciting clients.

10 Reasons you’re right?
1. Solid client services – 3-5 years in the industry.
2. Really good business acumen.
3. Marketing experience – below the line preferably.
4. Keen to be an AD – Likely to happen for them within 12 months.
5. Preferably from big agency wanting to lose the politics, factory hours and get some fame for what they do.
6. Excellent with details, follow through, multi-tasking, and administration that comes with client services.
7. Must be able to multi-task, know how to prioritize.
8. Must be calm, cool and collected in a crisis. They can scream later on down the pub.
9. Can manage people… 1 at a minimum… 2-3 is likely.
10. It’s a small agency… So an all hands on deck approach from time to time would be required.

The gig?
1. Small agency – dozen clients
2. Repositioning as a social marketing agency: research/planning/ideas/strategy/ready to execute campaigns/ potentially execution – not a social media agency as such.
3. Our clients are really cool to work with. Fair, balanced… Want to be led.
4. Supportive, mentor-like boss who would love to see them be awesome…
5. Wants to be director, client services.
6. Agency is growing … Fast. Need someone ok with the learning curves… And the manic-ness that comes with that.
7. Agency wants to invest in their team.
8. Work life balance is important… People are usually out of here by 6:30… With a 9ish start.
